Before I Forget

I didn't have any server software installed on my laptop so instead of completing what's left of the List Server (I know I know, tsk tsk), I worked on what I'm calling WebFs (web file system). This is a server-side script (currently PHP w/ plans for an ASP version) which provides a semi-secure, FTP-like programmatic interface for working with files on a server. I'm using it for the List Server, so it's at least related to my primary project, because the server I'm hosting on doesn't have FTP.
